Hold Em was one of the top picks from the 2005 Schaff Angus Valley bull sale and has since been put into the performance herds of Glen Idland’s, Split Diamond Ranch of Montana and Rick Nemeth of Ludell, KS. This 6 frame bull is very sound and functional with a big hip and lots of rib. Many say Hold Em is the most "range functional" 004 son out there as he's very flexible on the move. He was one of the best scanning bulls at Schaff's, having a 16.5 inch REA for 112% and 119% for IMF. Hold Em’s dam was the top performing heifer of the 2001 SAV calf crop. She is in the SAV Donor Pen as is her mother who has 5 calves at a 110 nursing ratio. If you're looking for a good 004 son, place your bet on Hold Em. He's one of the best semen producers of the 004 sons. |
